The Royal Scots Dragoon Guards
marked their return to Scotland with two homecoming parades. This one in
Glasgow, followed by one in Edinburgh on 4 April.
Here the parade is accompanied by the Pipes and Drums of the Royal Scots Dragoon Guards and the Band of The Royal Regiment of Scotland.
The salute was taken by the Lord Provost of Glasgow, Sadie Docherty, and the parade was followed by a reception in the City Chambers. The regiment will return to Fallingbostel in Germany, but will move to RAF Leuchars in 2015 as a Light Cavalry Regiment.
