No-one hurt in 30-tonnes landslide on Penarth beach

Emergency services are dealing with a large landslide on to a beach in the Vale of Glamorgan.

South Wales Fire and Rescue Service say 30 tonnes of the
cliff face near Penarth pier has come away, but there are no reports of
anyone being trapped..
The area is currently being made safe and work is being carried out to try to prevent any further collapse.
People are asked to avoid the area until further notice.
