Iran Parliement warns the five permanent members of UN Security Council and Germany
Some 239 Iranian parliamentarians have made a statement warning the five permanent members of UN Security Council and Germany, the Iranian MEHR news agency reported.
The parliamentarians congratulated the Iranian people with the construction of the second station to enrich uranium near the Gum city. The parliamentarians regarded the meeting to be held on Oct. 1 between the"5 +1" countries, and Iran to discuss Iran's nuclear program as a great opportunity (for the "5 +1" countries).
"We are observing the developments and we state to countries that will participate in the discussions that this meeting is an historic opportunity, which may exclude the discussion on the nuclear program from the "frozen" state. We recommend the"5 +1" countries to properly assess this historic opportunity. If they repeat previous mistakes, the Parliament, using his powers, will take a different decision," the statement said.
