The Hellenic Navy (HN) (Greek: Πολεμικό Ναυτικό, Polemikó Naftikó, abbreviated ΠΝ) is the naval force of Greece, part of the Greek Armed Forces. The modern Greek navy has its roots in the naval forces of various Aegean Islands, which fought in the Greek War of Independence. During the periods of monarchy (1833–1924 and 1936–1973) it was known as the Royal Navy (Βασιλικόν Ναυτικόν, Vasilikón Naftikón, abbreviated ΒΝ).The total displacement of all the navy's vessels is approximately 150,000 tons.The motto of the Hellenic Navy is "Μέγα το της Θαλάσσης Κράτος" from Thucydides' account of Pericles' oration on the eve of the Peloponnesian War. Pericles' words are written across the top of the emblem. "The navy, as it represents a necessary weapon for Greece, should only be created for war and aim to victory."...............The Hellenic Merchant Marine refers to the Merchant Marine of Greece, engaged in commerce and transportation of goods and services universally. It consists of the merchant vessels owned by Greek civilians, flying either the Greek flag or a flag of convenience. Greece is a maritime nation by tradition, as shipping is arguably the oldest form of occupation of the Greeks and a key element of Greek economic activity since the ancient times. Ο Παναθηναϊκός ετοιμάζεται για το Game 5 της σειράς των Τελικών με τον Ολυμπιακό (19:45/ΝΕΡΙΤ) και η ΚΑΕ έστειλε μήνυμα στον κόσμο, λίγες ώρες πριν το τζάμπολ της αναμέτρησης.

Η ανακοίνωση της ΚΑΕ Παναθηναϊκός:

Φίλοι του Παναθηναϊκού.
Η ομάδα μας ετοιμάζεται να δώσει τον τελευταίο αγώνα της φετινής περιόδου ώστε να κατακτήσει ένα ακόμα πρωτάθλημα.
Αυτός ο αγώνας όπως ήδη γνωρίζετε, αφού έχετε εξαντλήσει τα εισιτήρια θα διεξαχθεί στην έδρα μας. Στο σπίτι μας….
.
Κι ως γνωστόν το σπίτι μας το προστατεύουμε. Την ομάδα μας την αγαπάμε και την ακολουθούμε με πίστη και αφοσίωση. Και δεν επιθυμούμε να την «τραυματίσουμε» με κανέναν τρόπο.
.
Στηρίξτε τη μεγάλη προσπάθεια των παικτών με τη φωνή σας, με τις όμορφες εκδηλώσεις που θα εκφράζουν την πίστη στην ομάδα μας.
.
Δημιουργήστε μια μοναδική αλλά μέσα σε αθλητικά πλαίσια ατμόσφαιρα όπως μόνο στο ΟΑΚΑ ξέρουμε να δημιουργούμε.
Υβριστικά συνθήματα, ρίψη αντικειμένων, κροτίδες, φωτοβολίδες δεν μας εκφράζουν γιατί εμείς υποστηρίζουμε τη μεγαλύτερη ομάδα στην Ελλάδα.
.
Μην ασχολείστε με τον αντίπαλο… Μην απαντάτε σε πιθανές προκλήσεις γιατί εμείς παίζουμε στο σπίτι μας, εμείς έχουμε το πλεονέκτημα, εμείς θέλουμε να πάρουμε δύναμη από τον κόσμο.
Πάμε όλοι μαζί, ενωμένοι, για την τελική προσπάθεια και την κατάκτηση του πρωταθλήματος.
