The Hellenic Navy (HN) (Greek: Πολεμικό Ναυτικό, Polemikó Naftikó, abbreviated ΠΝ) is the naval force of Greece, part of the Greek Armed Forces. The modern Greek navy has its roots in the naval forces of various Aegean Islands, which fought in the Greek War of Independence. During the periods of monarchy (1833–1924 and 1936–1973) it was known as the Royal Navy (Βασιλικόν Ναυτικόν, Vasilikón Naftikón, abbreviated ΒΝ).The total displacement of all the navy's vessels is approximately 150,000 tons.The motto of the Hellenic Navy is "Μέγα το της Θαλάσσης Κράτος" from Thucydides' account of Pericles' oration on the eve of the Peloponnesian War. Pericles' words are written across the top of the emblem. Metro Θεσσαλονίκης [ 199 ]


Eξι προσφορές για το μετρό θεσσαλονίκης
ΕΞΠΡΕΣ πρίν 2 ώρες και 10'

OΛOKΛHPΩΘHKE χθες η πρώτη φάση του διαγωνισμού για την επέκταση του μετρό Θεσσαλονίκης προς την Καλαμαριά, με την υποβολή εκδήλωσης ενδιαφέροντος από όλες τις μεγάλες κατασκευαστικές εταιρίες.
Ειδικότερα, χθες, ημέρα λήξης της προθεσμίας του διαγωνισμού, υποβλήθηκαν στην Αττικό Μετρό Α.Ε. έξι φάκελοι εκδήλωσης ενδιαφέροντος, με τη συμμετοχή 14 εταιριών:

1. ΑΕΓΕΚ Κατασκευαστική - Impregilo - Seli - Ansaldo sts
2. Ακτωρ ΑΤΕ
3. Μηχανική ΑΕ
4. Κοινοπραξία Dragados SA - Μοχλός ΑΕ
5. Κοινοπραξία ΤΕΡΝΑ Α.Ε. - Alpine Bau GMBH - FCC Construction SA
6. Κοινοπραξία J&P - Αβαξ Α.Ε. - Ghella SpA - Alstom Transport SA

Το έργο, προϋπολογισμού 425 εκατομμυρίων ευρώ, περιλαμβάνει, πέρα από την κατασκευή 4,8 χλμ. υπόγειας γραμμής με πέντε νέους σταθμούς σε Νομαρχία, Καλαμαριά, Αρετσού, Νέα Κρήνη και Μίκρα, τη δημιουργία χώρου στάθμευσης 1.000 αυτοκινήτων στον τερματικό σταθμό της Μίκρας.
Με βάση όσα προβλέπονται, οι κοινοπραξίες και οι εταιρίες, που εκδήλωσαν ενδιαφέρον, θα αξιολογηθούν από την Αττικό Μετρό Α.Ε. σύμφωνα με τα κριτήρια που τέθηκαν στα τεύχη του διαγωνισμού και όσες προεπιλεγούν θα κληθούν στο δεύτερο στάδιο του διαγωνισμού να υποβάλουν τεχνική και οικονομική προσφορά για το έργο.

Ο διαγωνισμός προβλέπεται να ολοκληρωθεί μέχρι τον Ιούλιο του 2010, εφόσον δεν υπάρξουν εμπλοκές με ενστάσεις, προσφυγές κ.λπ., και αμέσως μετά θα ξεκινήσει η κατασκευή της πρώτης επέκτασης του μετρό της Θεσσαλονίκης.
